Note From Meet Director: Welcome Coaches and Athletic Directors;
We look forward to a great meet this year. Please complete your registration by Thursday April 28 at 12:00 noon.
We will begin the meet promptly at 8:30 am with the 3200m run. Depending on the number of entrants we may combine ages, but each age will be computed separately for ribbons.
When registering your athletes we will allow 5 participant per grade/sex. For example you may enter 5 6th grade boys; 5 6th grade girls and the same for 7th and 8th in each event.
We will be enlisting assistance from each school to assist in the field events and I will make those assignments with your meet information that will be send out by April 20th.
Lunch and snacks will be available for coaches and meet workers.
Team packets will be available behind the press box. There is no need for a coaches meeting because scratches will be made at the event and no add-ons will be honored after Thursday April 28th at 12:00 noon.
