Note From Meet Director: Welcome to the Region 18 2016 track and Field championships. The coaches meeting will be at 10:30am and the meet will start around 11:00am. Each school will be responsible to help run the meet. Please let me know what field event you feel capable of help running [First come first served]. ALL school need to help.
Coaches you will need to have everyone entered on runnercard by May 10th at 4:00pm. We will not add anyone to the meet after that time unless it is a computer error through the runnercard program system.
The top 4 individuals and top 2 relay teams in each event will qualify for state. You may enter as many athletes as you want in each event [please use good judgement when you eneter multiple athletes in an event. The more we have in an event the longer it takes.], but individual athletes are limited to 4 events total which includes relays.
The uniform rule will be in effect so make sure your athletes know the new rules about what you can where under the uniform.
