We're coming for you Atascadero! Enjoy a CASUAL 3 mile run around the lake before taking in the Atascadero Irish Festival in the Lake Pavilion. Run is open to all ages and is NOT certified. Beer Festival in the pavilion is 21 and over only! Awards for best Irish running costume and a few other winners. This is a very casual run to kick off the day. Due to the limited path/road space around the lake, we are limiting the # of runners to 200. The Irish-fest has a higher limit.
We discourage strollers due to the narrow paths.

Walkers are welcome but the event will stop timing after 1 hour. There are no age-awards at this time but results will have age groups 1-9, 10-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90+

DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION WILL END AT 9:45AM SHARP, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THE RUN SELLS OUT ONLINE, WE WILL NOT TAKE MORE ENTRIES THE DAY OF THE RUN. See the registration tent near the finish line prior to 9:45am to pick up your Irish bib number! Please proceed to the start area by 9:50am. The race will run rain or shine.

Course starts at the south end "notch" in the lake shore and runs clockwise for 2.25 laps around the lake and finishes on the lawn in front of the pavilion. There will be a large orange cone and a course monitor at the start area. Results will be online phototiming.com after the race.

Come celebrate all things good and Irish. Irish Festival falls on Saint Patrick's Day this year so all the better.

We will be hosting a beer tasting with some of your Irish and not so Irish favorites.
