DIRECTIONS: Take I-215 south to 4700 south. Go west on 4700
south to Bangerter Highway. Turn left on Bangerter and go south to 5300 south.
Take a right on 5300 and go west to 4800 west. Take a left on 4800 west (Cougar
Lane). The Olympic Ice Oval is on the west side of the road.
1. The cost to enter the meet is $5.00 per athlete. Registration will be
completed on-line at www.runnercard.com. Entry deadline is 10:00 pm, Thursday,
February 10th. Athletes may be added or dropped up to the 10:00 pm deadline.
2. Payment must be made for all athletes entered. Coaches will be responsible to
pay for athletes entered on line that don’t show up.
3. Coaches paying for an entire team must provide a roster of registered
athletes at the gate. All fees must be paid before an athlete will be allowed to
enter the arena.
4. Late registration is from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon the day of the meet. The
cost will be $5.00 to enter the arena plus $5.00 per event. Late entrants must
purchase a ticket at the gate for each event they wish to enter. They will then
take the ticket to the bullpen/field event to get entered.
5. All athletes in running events must report to the Clerking Area (bullpen) at
first call. Athletes will be scratched from the event on second call and heat
and lane assignments will be made at that time.
6. The first running event will start at 12:30 pm. Events will follow the order
listed. There will be no time schedule. Athletes must pay close attention to the
calls as they are made.
7. Field events will start at the time listed. Please note that the shot put,
weight throw and high jump will be contested at Kearns High located east of the
Olympic Oval.
8. Medals will be awarded the top six finishers in individual events and the
first place relay team.
9. Eight places will be scored for team competition.
10. Spikes (3/16") are allowed. Shoes must be brought to the Clerking Area where
they will be checked.
11. Spikes can only be used on the track. There will be a $50 fine for any
athlete found wearing their spikes in areas off the track.
12. Warmup is allowed in the tunnel, on the inside of the ice oval along the
skate flooring, or outside. ALL WARMUP AREAS ARE NO SPIKE AREAS.

3:20 pm- 800m Run
4:00 pm- 200m Dash
4:15 pm- 3200m Run
5:00 pm- 4 x 400m Relay
5:30 pm- 4 x 800 Relay

12:30 pm- Girls’ Long Jump (Open pit until 1:30 pm, then top eight to finals)
1:30 pm- Boys’ Shot Put (Kearns High)
1:30 pm- Boys’ High Jump (Kearns High)
1:30 pm- Boys’/Girls’ Pole Vault (time approximate- warmup will not be permitted
until 60m HH/Dash Prelims are completed)
2:00 pm- Girls’ High Jump (Kearns High)
2:00 pm- Boys’ Long Jump (Open pit until 3:00 pm, then top eight to finals)
3:00 pm- Girls’ Shot Put (Kearns High)
3:30 pm- Boys’ Triple Jump
4:30 pm- Boys’/Girls’ Weight Throw (Kearns High)
4:30 pm- Girls’ Triple Jump
