General Meet Information

1. Pre-entries with Runnercard.com by April 19th at noon. All heats will be preformed and will be done the same as BYU and the State Meet.  Any athletes that do not report to the bullpen (Northwest end of the bleachers and flights formed at the various field events) will be scratched from the event and that lane will be left empty. Please give FAT times, and accurate distances and heights. All heat and lane assignments will be posted on the side of the shed in the Northwest end of the stadium.  No late entries will be allowed.

2. All throwing implements will be weighed and certified according to the National Federation Rules. The weigh-in will be conducted at the Northwest end of the stadium in front of the Track Shed. Make sure your athletes are using the IAAF javelins. The uniform rules will be enforced.

3. Pyro-Bryte timing system will be used for all races (timed finals).

4. Individual entries are limited to four events per athlete.

5. Schools should dress before arriving at the meet.

6. Throwers and Jumpers will be allowed three tries (top nine to finals).

7. Please remember to make it clear that only the athletes competing in those events are allowed in the competition areas.  This is for safety purposes.  Also there is not to be any throwing of implements outside of the competition areas.  When the competition is over the athletes must leave the area and not continue to practice.
