    Note From Meet Director:
    Welcome to the Region 16 cross country championships. The race will start and end on the football field/track. Maps will be in the Coach's packet. Girls will run first then Boys. Only the top 7 per school will be considered for scoring. Each athlete will need a sticker with their name and school. Top teams will qualify for state depending upon the number of teams participating. Entries need to be posted by Wednesday (Oct 11) at 10 a.m. Please e-mail Coach Peck with any questions.
