ENTRIES AND SCRATCHES
All individuals need to be entered on runnercard.com. If you have not used runnercard, please go to the web site and choose the Track & Field button. Scroll down the event list by date to find the MoCo Night Relay track meet and choose signup. New users need to create an account and then the site is self-explanatory. You have until Thursday, April 12th at 3:00 pm to enter all your athletes. Coaches need to meet at the announcers booth at 4pm on Friday morning to scratch any athletes. You may NOT add any athletes or change events for anyone at this time. Thursday is the deadline for entering. After the scratch meeting, we will print event sheets with athlete's names on them for your events.
Entries are unlimited in each event. A school may enter as many athletes/relay teams as wanted in each event. There will be 1 division. Please limit the number of relay teams a contestant may enter shall be four (4).
-If you don't have enough members to pull off a full field event relay we will score the best 3 jumps or throws of those who make up that team
High Jump takes the longest so please make sure if you have jumpers they are starting at the high jump before other field events.

This is a reduced rate as we will NOT be awarding ribbons as it is a management and cost nightmare.
Gate Fee for Spectators: $3 Students, $5 Parents or $12 for a family
Field Events start at 4:30pm
High Jump (we will be running girls and boys at the same time, 2 pits set up)
-High Jump will be ran traditionally scoring the best 3 heights
5:00pm
Shot Put (Boys first) followed by Girls
Discus (Girls first) followed by Boys
-Throwers get 3 consecutive throws-score the best 3 distances per 4 member team, members will throw as a team
Long Jump (girls in East pit, boys in west pit)
-Long Jumpers get 3 jumps-score the best 3 distances per 4 member team, members will show up and jump as a team
4 x 800 Girls (1 heat)
4 x 800 Boys (1 heat)
Rest of Running Events start at 6pm
