All athletes must fill out the waiver form for the Utah Olympic facilities prior to participation in the meet. The waiver can be found at https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/584304c83df93/web/.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold the high jump and shot put this year.
Registration costs are still $4 athlete per event. Relays are $16. Individual registrations should be paid for online. Late Registration will be $10/event. Teams may pay registration fees at the meet. Pre-registered individuals paying at the meet will be charged $5 per event.
ATHLETES: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT under Teams (it messes up the system) If your coach is not registering you choose Individual Registration - you can pick your team in there.
Registration closes at MIDNIGHT WED JAN 23rd. please make corrections by then.
