Note From Meet Director: Welcome to the Region 16 Track Championships. Each team can enter 5 athletes per event. Each athlete can only participate up to 4 events. Scoring will be the top six places and will be as follows 1st 10 points 2nd 8 points 3rd 6 points 4th 4 points 5th 2 points 6th 1 point .Timed finals in all running events. The field events will have 3 preliminary throws and take 7 individuals to the finals with 3 more throws . The high jump will start at 4 feet for the girls and 5 feet for the boys.
Medals will be award for top 3 places in individual events and top relay. 1st place team will receive a trophy
Registration will close Tuesday 8:00 pm
