Dear Track & Field Coaches, The Hillcrest Vikings are pleased to invite you to our quad meet, which will be held on March 19,2016 at Bel Air HS. Our meet will consist of four divisions: 7th & 8th Grade-Girls & 7th & 8th Grade-Boys. Enclosed you will find a schedule of events for the meet and assignments for your teams. This meet will be put together on runnercard.com. Entries will be due no later than March 18,2016 @ 12:00 pm. It is important that you understand that no entries will be accepted after the deadline stated either Those who do not have a runnercard account need to go to the website (www.runnercard.com ) and set up an account. It is painless for the most part and pointing and clicking while following the menus gets things done. Each team may enter 3 athletes per event. Ribbons will be awarded for the first three places in each event. We are looking forward to seeing you and your teams.
