ENTRIES AND SCRATCHES
All individuals need to be entered on runnercard.com. If you have not used runnercard, please go to the web site and choose the Track & Field; Field button. Find the Best of the Best Track Meet and choose signup. New users need to create an account and then the site is self-explanatory. You have until Thursday, April 4th at 3:00 pm to enter all your athletes. Coaches need to meet at the announcers booth at 8m on Saturday morning to scratch any athletes. You may NOT add any athletes or change events for anyone at this time. Thursday is the deadline for entering. After the scratch meeting, we will print event sheets with athlete?s names on them for your events.
-Two entries per grade level division a 6/7th division and 8th grade division.
-The maximum number of events a contestant may enter shall be five (5) BUT one of these 5 must consist of at least one relay. If your athlete is not in a relay, they are only allowed 4 individual events.
-All registration will be done on Runner Card
-There will be a $75 cost per school: Please make checks payable to CMS Track

-Spectators are to be in the stands at all times, for High Jump you may watch outside of the fenced area
-Participants will be heated and need to report to the 100m start line for all events
-Athletes may warm up for running events in the soccer field to the west of the track, once a 1st call has been made they may enter the track area
Spectators- $5 Adults, $3 Students, Senior Citizens are Free
No Dogs or Pets are allowed
