Note From Meet Director: Middle School Conference AA Track Meet
We are hoping to run a safe and smooth track meet to give all of our student athletes the best
opportunity to compete. By all of us working together, we should be able to accomplish just that.
The Conference Meets will be held on Thursday, April 13th and Saturday, April 15th. RunnerCard
will open on Thursday, April 6th at 4PM. All entries are due by Wednesday, April 12th at 7 P.M.

Meet information:
• The SAC will be responsible for hospitality room. Hospitality room TBD
• Please make sure to bring your own materials with you. (Shot, disc, measuring
tapes/sticks)
• All athletes must be in area of check in before the third call
• Scratch meet will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Make sure you have alternates for relays.
Only those listed will be able to be substituted if needed. No additional changes!
• All entries are DUE by Wednesday, April 12th at 7 PM.
• 1St,2ND & 3rd PLACE FROM CONFERENCE MEETS WILL RUN @ DISTRICT MEET. PLUS THE NEXT 2 BEST TIMES FROM ALL CONFERENCES.
• If an athlete is competing in multiple field events to include high jump, they must
complete high jump first. Please remind your athletes to check in to all field events and
inform the coach in charge if participating in multiple events so they are not scratched.
• Please ensure that only coaches are running/reading measurements for all field events
