Middle School District Track Meet
We are hoping to run a safe and smooth track meet to give all of our student athletes the best
opportunity to compete. By all of us working together, we should be able to accomplish just that.

Meet information:
• Athletic Office will be responsible for hospitality room. Hospitality room will be in the
home locker room.
• If you have been assigned to work a field event, Please make sure to bring your own materials with you. (Shot, disc, measuring
tapes/sticks) High jump standards and bar will be provided by the SAC.
• All athletes must be in area of check in before the third call.
• Scratch meeting will begin promptly at 3:15 PM on Friday, and 7:15 AM on Saturday. Make
sure you have alternates for relays.(you are allowed to enter 8 names) Only those listed will be able to be substituted if
needed. No additional changes!
• All entries are DUE by Wednesday, April 19th by 7PM
• 1ST,2ND, and 3rd PLACE FROM CONFERENCE MEETS PLUS THE NEXT 2 BEST TIMES FROM ALL
CONFERENCES, WILL RUN @ DISTRICT MEET. Times entered MUST be from the Conference meet.

4 ATTEMPTS FOR long jump, triple jump, shotput, discus.
-If an athlete is competing in multiple field events to include high jump, they must complete high jump first. Please remind your athletes to check in to all field events and inform Coach in charge if participating in multiple events so that they are not scratched.
-Please ensure that only coaches are running/reading measurements for all field events
