No athlete may enter more than 4 events including
Relays and Field Events.
Only 1 relay team per school per event.
Results:
*All races are timed finals
*4 attempts with no finals for field events
*Scoring: 6 team scoring at 8,6,4,2,1 and 8,6,4,2
for relays.
*Medals for top 3 places and top relay team
Entries and Seeding: Entries are unlimited, but only the top 3 on each team can score. Only verified marks will be accepted for seeding. If the mark is not verifiable, the athlete will be seeded with a No Mark. Since there are only 6 lanes at Monticello, we want to ensure that the top 6 athletes are in the final heat.
State qualification: Top 4 athletes in each event will qualify for state. The top 2 relay teams qualify for state.
Uniform rule: Uniform rule will be in place. We need to get used to state.
