Welcome to the 2023 Region 16 Championships. We are excited to host you.
Entries are due by Tuesday May 9th at 11:30 p.m. When entries close no additions only scratches.
Each team is allowed to enter unlimited number of athletes per event and 1 relay.
This is a State qualifying meet. Athletes will be able to qualify by time or placing. The top 4 individuals will qualify for the state meet as well as anybody that hits a qualifying mark or time.
Championship trophies will be awarded to the top girls team and the top boys team. Individual medals will also be awarded. Scoring will be based on the NFHS rules book based on the number of teams participating.
This is a trials and finals format. We will have trials and finals for 100M,200M,100H, and 110H. The rest of the running events will be timed finals as well as the field events (except for the High jump). Top 6 individuals will advance to finals. Top 7 individuals will advance in the field events.
