We will begin with the varsity girls and 8AM and will have a rolling schedule.

Meet Entry Limits & Registration
Online Registration: Coaches please register your athletes on RunnerCard. Registration will
close on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM. 10 entries for varsity and unlimited entries
for the open divisions and 9th grade divisions.
Team Area
There are no assigned areas, you can set up under the trees or bring your own tent. Please help
with keeping your team areas clean. If you need a trash bag, there will be extras in the
hospitality tent area for you to take.
Awards
Top 10 runners in each division will receive medals.
Restrooms
Restrooms will be open and are located near the starting line.
Hospitality
The hospitality table for the coaches will be located near the score table.
Buses
Buses will need to park in the parking located behind the police station.
Spectators
Spectators will be allowed to attend, but will not be allowed on the course. Please remind them
they need to stay out of the way of the athletes.
