Format:
In order to accomplish the above focuses we will cap the meet at 12 teams
With 12 teams and up to 8 entries, we can predictably know the maximum amount of heats and keep the meet moving on a timely schedule. This will be accomplished by splitting the meet between two venues to keep the meet around 5 hours.

Distance and Throws @ Riverton High School
Registration will be done on RunnerCard.com (there will be a code)
8 Entries per individual event, 2 Entries per relay (3 Entries for 4x800m)
There will be a limited amount of teams. Please email coachdevinmoody@gmail.com if you would like to have a spot for your team.
Cost: $200 per team, for smaller teams the cost will be $5 per athlete
