Bel Air and Eastwood HS's are pleased to invite you to our middle school meet, which will be held on October 07, 2009. Our meet will consist of four divisions: 7th & 8th Grade-Girls & 7th & 8th Grade-Boys.
Enclosed you will find a schedule of events for the meet and assignments for your teams. This meet will be put together on runnercard.com. Entries will be due no later than October 06, 2009 @ 7:00 pm. It is important that you understand that no entries will be accepted after the deadline stated either online or at the track meet. The only purpose of the scratch meeting is to scratch athletes.
Those who do not have a runnercard account need to go to the website (www.runnercard.com ) and set up an account. It is painless for the most part and pointing and clicking while following the menus gets things done. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by myself, just give me call.
Medals will be given to top ten runners in each division and trophies will be given to the top two teams.
