Note From Meet Director: Dear Track & Field Coaches,
The Bel Air Highlanders are pleased to invite you to our invitational, which will be held on February 19-20, 2010. Our meet will consist of six divisions: Frosh/JV/Varsity-Girls & Frosh/JV/Varsity-Boys.
Enclosed you will find a schedule of events for both days and assignments for your teams. This meet will be put together on runnercard.com. Entries will be due no later than February 18, 2009 @ 7:00 pm. It is important that you understand that no entries will be accepted after the deadline stated either online or at the track meet. The only purpose of the scratch meeting is to scratch athletes.
Those who do not have a runnercard account need to go to the website (www.runnercard.com ) and set up an account. It is painless for the most part and pointing and clicking while following the menus gets things done. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by myself, just give me call.
Medals will be awarded for the first three places in each event. A team trophy will be awarded to the winning teams in each division.
