Note From Meet Director:
Athletes are limited to five total events. An athlete may compete in three open running events.
An athlete can compete in five field events.
Spikes must be needle or 1/4" pyramid style.
There will be no adds at the meet. An athlete or coach must scratch athletes at the event or with the clerk at the starting line.
Entries are due by noon on Thursday March 31, 2011
