Note From Meet Director: Here is the information for the Region 18 Track meet.
The meet will start at 1:00 with a coaches meeting at 12:30. the deadline to enter your athletes will be Tuesday May 10th at 1:00 p.m. All other changes need to be done by e-mail.
Coaches will serve as the games committe. We might need help in running some of the field events. I think we should be ok, but you never know.
Your athletes will need to weight there equipment for field events. You are limited to 4 people per lane event from your school. All field event and distance races are unlimited in the number of participants from your school. Athletes in Field events will be given 3 throws or jumps. Then the top 9 will go to finals and get 3 more throws. All laned running events will be finals unless we have more then 2 heat in an event, then we will do prelims for that event.
