Note From Meet Director: Hello, Coaches!
The schools participating in this meet are Canutillo, GEMS, Tornillo, and REJHS/HMS. Pls have all of your entries in by Thursday, March 22, 12 noon - at which time the meet entries option will be closed. We're working to have enough helpers so that we won't have to ask you to help with any of the events but we will ask that you make yourselves available for the following:
* Time or distance results will not be available until after the weekend so if you need them before then, please make yourself available to get them. i.e. Coach be at finish line or listening at field events for distance call, not students so as to minimize congestion.
* Please keep athletes off the football field. The practice field behind the Softball field will be available for stretching, hurdle warm-ups, etc.
* Please stay out of the scorer's area unless if you're requested to go there or when it is time to pick up your awards.
* We will need your assistance with setting up the hurdles so please make yourself available.
Remember rules for entry: 3 running/2 field; 4 field/1 run; long distance athletes-2 circles and a relay. Also, 3 entries per event max per school.
Scratch Meeting, 8:00 AM (by the gym) - please be sure to make any changes on all sheets. Changes need to be completed by 8:30.
A Water Station will be supplied, please bring your water bottles.
Concessions will be sold.
Please have athletes pick up after themselves.
