Welcome to the 7th Annual El Dorado Aztec Invitational,
We are looking forward to having a fun and exciting meet. The meet will be held Friday March 30th- Saturday March 31st. We will have lunch for the coaches at 2:30pm on Friday and breakfast Saturday morning during the scratch meetings. We are expecting over 700 athletes to participate in this year's meet. Please make sure your roster is accurate. Only scratches will be allowed on the individual events; no additions or substitutions. We will also need you to bring medical tape and pre-wrap for any of your athletes that need ankles or shins taped.
In the field events the Varsity athletes will get 3 attempts in the prelims and 3 in the final. Open will get 4 attempts; and Frosh 3 attempts. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK A FIELD EVENT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TAPE MEASURE.
The will meet will adhere to a strict time schedule. *****Please make sure to tell all your athletes to check in 45 minutes before their event at the shed in the corner of stadium. All hip numbers will be issued at the shed. Please tell your athletes to get their hip number at the shed BEFORE they line up for their event or the will not be allowed to run.
