Note From Meet Director: Entries are due NO later than Feb. 14th @ 10 a.m. No new entries will be accepted after the deadline. Meet will start at 9:00 a.m. Scratch meeting will begin at 8:15 a.m., it is a scratch meeting this means schools will not be allowed to add in athletes. I will print out the meet order along with the Start and Finish sheets at 8:35 a.m. In order to speed up the track meet some races will combined based on the total amount of athletes participating in the events. Males and Females will be run one after the other. Athletes doing field events must check in and then go run their race and then report back to field event once they are done running. Please be sure to bring your own starting blocks. Assignments: Rio Bravo Coaches will be running the Long and Triple Jump (two measuring tapes, rakes will be provided) Riverside Coaches will be running the Shot and Disc (-two tape measures). Ysleta Middle will assist with timing and setting up and staging of the relays. Please bring your own stop watches. Coaches we will have a Hospitality Room. We will have a concession stand with hot dogs, noodles, chips and drinks please remind your athletes to bring some money to spend.
