Thursday, March 19th at 9:00 A.M. All coaches need to report to the scratch meeting by 8:00 A.M. located in the press box. Please have all changes done by 8:30 A.M. in order for us to begin the 2400 at 8:45 A.M. The field events will begin at 9:00 A.M. Each school will need to provide workers to run a field event. I will e-mail everyone later with the assignments. We will run a traditional meet and athletes will be seeded by the best times, distances, and heights. All events are timed finals and the top 4 winners for each event will advance to the Little 12 Conference Meet. Please remember the rules for entry: 5 event limit per athlete(3 running/2 field or 4 field/1 running). Long distance athletes are limited to 2 circle races and a relay(ex: 2400, 800, and 1600m relay). ONLY 3 entries per event and only 1 relay team per relay. All jumpers and throwers will be given 4 attempts, except for high jump with only 3 per height. Please remind your athletes to stay off the football field unless they are warming-up or checking in for an event. The order of events are attached next to the sign-up button.
