We would like to invite you to attend the 1st ever Warrior Lincoln Park Classic and 2018 SWL XC Championships. This meet will be limited to ten teams, which will include the five teams from the SWL (Central, Durango, Fruita, Grand Junction, and Montrose) and five additional invited teams.
The course is a two loop course on the Lincoln Park Golf Course which will be very spectator friendly. This is the first time the Lincoln Park Golf Course has allowed anyone to host a Cross Country race and we are excited to host at a new venue.
Friday 28 September:
5:00pm - Course Preview
6:00pm - High School Girls 5K Championships (10 Teams Maximum/15 runners per team)
6:30pm - High School Boys 5K Championships (10 teams Maximum/15 runners per team)
7:00pm - Awards Ceremony
Teams will not be allowed on the golf course until 5:00pm!!!
Team Tent Area will open at 4:00pm for set-up
PLEASE STAY OFF GREENS & TEE BOXES AT ALL TIMES!!!
Entry Fee: $200 per school
15 Athletes per team allowed to run
First 7 will count as Varsity (5 score 2 displace)
Top 7 overall from SWL are All-Conference 1st Team
First place team awards for overall team winner and SWL Champions
