This is our 11th Annual March, Run & Walk up on March 11th, 2023.

Our race will continue to have the wonderful, fun family environment.

The last couple of years were a little different due to COVID-19, so we are still getting back to normal.

We will be doing the "traditional" green pancake breakfast again.

Race Packet pickup will be on the morning of the race.
Route is very flat with only 40 ft of elevation change along the entire route. It is a fast course and wonderful course.
It consists of 3 circles.
The first is a 3 mile loop around a farmland neighborhood.
The 2nd is a 2 mile loop around the golf course and park.
The 3rd lap is around the park.

This year we will NOT be doing race T-shirts. Everyone will receive the finisher mug!

In addition, here are some details.
- 9:00 am 10K / 5K start
- 10:15 am kids start (unofficially timed race)
- Open kid's race start time. You may run with your child, or have them run the 1 mile loop, starting at any time in that window.
- Please bring your own WATER BOTTLE - We will have water stations along the course, but no cups.
- Each participant will get a finisher award/MUG.
- Packet Pick-up will be from 7:15 - 8:45 am.
