Welcome to the registration site for "Ryan's Rally for Mental Health Superheroes" This is a fun, family-friendly event aimed at encouraging everyone to get out and MOVE to boost your physical and mental health.

7:15 am - Volunteers arrive
7:30 am - Check In
8:00 am - Opening Ceremonies, National Anthem
8:15 am - 10K Race Start
8:20 am - 5K Race Start
8:25 am - 1 Mile Fun Run Start
8:30 am - Yoga for Mental Wellness Class
9:00 am - Free Children's Dance Class
9:15 am - POUND Rock-out Workout
9:30 am (approx) Race Awards Ceremonies to start immediately following the races
10:15 am - Closing Ceremonies
Early Packet Pick Up: Friday: February 9, 2024 from 6 to 7 pm in front of First Watch Cafe, 3780 W Happy Valley Rd Ste. 110 (East corner of the Safeway shopping center near SDOHS) We encourage you to come and get your event shirt and race packet to speed check-in on race day :)

10K Price: $40 ($30 early bird price!)
Yoga For Mental Health Class (all abilities) $10
Pound Fitness Class $25 ($20 early bird price)
Each registration is non-refundable and includes one event t-shirt. (additional t-shirts can be purchased separately for only $15!)
FREE activities: Children's Lollipop Run, Children's Dance Class, Sunshine Reader Storytime, Crafts & games. Come and meet our costumed superheroes including our friends from COMICARE - AND MUCH MORE!
Strollers are welcome on campus, but please no scooters, rollerblades, or bikes.
These activities are for people only, sorry no pets :)
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Andy Hull Sunshine Foundation, the Eagle Pride Marching Band, and Mental Health Superheroes, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Details
This 45 minute class will be led by Caia O'Toole & Haley Austin - Certified POUND Pro Instructors. POUND is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of drumming with slightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripsticks! POUND is perfect for any fitness level & can be modified & amplified as needed. Each class is inclusive, engaging, exciting and challenging. "Our goal is to grow strangers into a group of fitness rebels that unite, encourage and inspire each other while relieving stress and making noise!" Please wear comfortable clothing & bring your own mat (includes event t-shirt, finisher's medal & loaner Ripsticks)
