Event Information
Come join us for our Monster Dash 5K and Mini Monsters Triathlon. Held on October 5th at 6:45 PM with the Mini Monsters Triathlon at 6:00 PM. This course will follow the Jordan River Parkway Trail starting at Dr. O Roi Hardy Park (12400 River Vista Dr Riverton, UT). Costumes are preferred. Medals will be provided for all finishing runners. Shirts are only guaranteed through Early Registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration will open on June 1st 12:00 am and will remain open until October 5, 2025 at 6:00pm.
GENERAL REGISTRATION
General registration is from June 1 - September 05. 5k is $20. Mini Monster Triathlon is $15.
LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is from September 06 - October 05. 5k is $25. Mini Monster Triathlon is $15.
PACKET PICKUP
Packet pick-up will be at Second Wind Run (2608 W 12600 S) September 29 - October 03 from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday. Day of Packet Pickup will start at 5:00 PM on October 05 at Dr O Roi Hardy Park.
Make sure to sign up with a valid phone number to receive a text message with your race results after crossing the finish line.
