Fly with the Flock Fun Run

Join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and pancakes all to support nature programs at the Ogden Nature Center!

Date: Saturday, May 9th
Location: Ogden Nature Center, 966 W 12th Street, Ogden, UT
Race Start: 8:00 am
Day-of registration: 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Race Options:
- 5K Fun Run for all ages. Walkers encouraged!
- Free Kids Dash - Following the main event, Fleet Feet, will host a free Kids Dash for our youngest participants.

Registration & Pricing:
* Adults (13+) & Kids (12 & under)
- $35 | $25- Register by April 12th
- $40 | $30 - Register between April 13th - May 8th
- $45 | $35 - Day-of registration


Every registration includes:
- Pancakes catered by McKay Dee Hospital post race on the back lawn north of the Visitor Center.
- Event t-shirt (sizing guaranteed if you pre-register by April 16th)
- Bird leg socks for the first 300 people to register - Thank you to our sponsor, Intermountain Health!

*Pre-registration closes on Thursday, May 7th at 3:00 pm.

Packet Pickup: Ogden Nature Center
- Friday, May 8th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Or on race day at registration from 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Important Notes:
- Walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate, but please note that only runners will be eligible for awards.
- Shirt Sizing Update: This year, our shirts are offered in unisex sizing to ensure a more inclusive fit for everyone.
- Helpful Tip: If you typically order a women's medium, we recommend sizing down to a small. If you usually order a mens medium, your size will stay the same.
